Conclusion of contract
Before you contact us, we would like to draw your attention to the following general terms and conditions.
The following general terms and conditions become part of all contracts and also apply to all future business relationships, even if the terms and conditions are not expressly agreed again.
Place of performance
Our shop is the place of performance for all mutual obligations, the purchased goods are to be paid for and picked up in our shop. Of course, we can also deliver the goods to an address you specify. We will then hand these over to a carrier after we have received the purchase price, so that the delivery will arrive in Germany within 4 to 5 working days.
For a delivery abroad, this would have to be agreed in detail.
Payment obligation
We reserve ownership of the delivered goods until all claims, including future claims, also from purchases made at the same time or later, have been fully paid.
Payment is made on-site in our shop in cash or by EC card, unfortunately we cannot accept credit cards. Of course, transfers in euros are also possible. In individual cases, other payment obligations can be agreed by individual agreement
Prices
All prices are in Euros only. When the goods have to be shipped, the prices plus shipping costs apply.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties or other information may apply, which vary from country to country and must be paid for by the customer upon delivery.
Shippings Costs
The shipping within Germany takes place at short notice up to a value of € 500 in the insured package of Deutsche Post. Here we calculate a flat fee of € 7.50 plus VAT, from a value of € 501.00 up to an order value of € 2,500 we charge a flat shipping fee of € 27 plus VAT (shipping by value transport company). From a goods value of € 2,501, the shipping costs would have to be requested individually. (Shipping by security company)
Shipping abroad is possible, but the costs for this transport have to be requested before shipping.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for those goods made especially for you.
Otherwise, the following policy applies to consumers within the EU and Switzerland:
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the goods.
You would then have to inform us in writing (post, letter, email, fax) of your decision to cancel this contract:

After your cancellation, we have to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, within 14 days. We can delay the repayment until we have received the goods back or have received proof from you that the goods have been returned.
Note: In the case of return, please send us the goods up to a value of € 500 well packaged (preferably in the same packaging) in a postal package - these costs will of course be reimbursed. For goods with a value of more than € 500, please contact us after you have sent your contractual declaration regarding the insured return, in exceptional cases the item / goods will be picked up directly from you! Thank you so much!
The right of withdrawal is excluded for customers outside the EU and Switzerland.
Warranty
For new goods (e.g. Aristo, Davosa, Dornblüth), a manufacturer's guarantee of two years is assumed in accordance with the statutory provisions.
We cannot guarantee water resistance for old watches. This does not apply if an old watch is expressly described as waterproof in the product description.
Of course, especially with old watches, it cannot be completely ruled out that defects will occur.
In this case, a 1 year-guarantee applies . We are only liable for material and manufacturing defects that occur within one year after the statutory limitation period or after our repair. Exempt from this guarantee are accuracy, waterproofness (see above), wear of the strap and normal signs of wear (e.g. scratches on the strap or housing). In addition, we are not liable for errors that have occurred due to you or third parties. This also applies to normal wear and tear.
Should the delivered goods show obvious transport damage or similar please complain to us immediately and also to the carrier who delivers the goods.
In the event of a justified complaint, we will of course reimburse the transport costs you have paid. If it turns out that the complaint is unjustified, you would be obliged to bear the costs for the insured shipping.
Batteries
Batteries can be returned to us free of charge after use, either in person in our shop or by franked letter to our address. As an end user, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. Batteries that contain harmful substances are marked accordingly and must not be disposed of in the normal waste.
Law and jurisdiction
Only German law is applicable to the contract (to the exclusion of any references to other legal systems and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods - CISG). Regardless of this choice of law, those provisions remain applicable to contracts with consumers who are resident or habitually resident in the EU, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, from which the law, which would apply without the choice of law, does not deviate by agreement may. For contracts with consumers who are resident and habitually resident in other countries, the provisions of German and European law become the statutory right of withdrawal.
For contracts with business people, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law as well as with persons who have no general place of jurisdiction in the EU, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, the exclusive place of jurisdiction and place of performance is Borken.
